All moms always look forward to their child first words, and with passing days the comparison starts with other kids within the same age.

Many complain that their child doesn’t talk much, not enough words, and most are in fear of facing the worst ( their child have speech problem)

We often advice moms to relax and start with several steps to ensure early intervention :

• Visit Pediatrician to confirm no birth problems
• Visit ENT to confirm no hearing problems
• Enroll your child in interactive activities / nursery
• Read books to your child
• Talk with proper language with your child
• Reduce TV/ Pad time
• Visit a speech therapist

مع مرور الوقت نسمع عن قلق الكثير من الأمهات و أغلبهن لا يردونا أن يواجهوا الواقع و  ذلك أن طفلهم قد تكون لديه بعض المشاكل اللغوية.

   التدخل المبكر هو أهم خطوة بالإضافة لبعض الممارسات الأخرى:

زيارة طبيب أطفال للتأكد من عدم وجود خلل منذ الولادة – اللسان المربوط •
زيارة طبيب أذن/ أنف /حنجرة للتأكد من عدم وجود مشاكل سمعية أو مثلا / ماء خلف الأذن •
سجل طفلك في حضانة أو نشاط متكرر للتواصل مع الأطفال •
تكلم مع طفلك بلغة و كلمات متكاملة و صحيحة •
أقرائي الكتب و القصص لطفلك •
قللي من وقت الإلكترونيات و التلفاز •
زيارة أخصائي نطق •
